Our team get to work and through our network will receive relevant CVs for candidates that fit your brief.

We will shortlist potential candidates internally followed by an interview process.

Once we have selected the best 3 candidates they will be presented to you for you to interview 1 or all 3.

You will meet with 3 excellent potential candidates over a video call and are welcome to ask any questions. Code tests are also welcomed.

Once you are happy with our candidates they can join you in your company Slack and begin the onboarding process.
